TAXES
1.5% Oregon Tourism Tax and 6% County Room Tax charged on all lodging.

DONATION
Metolius River Lodges will donate $1 per night to the Shepherd's House Ministries to be used for men's and women's Homeless Shelters in Bend.

SINGLE NIGHT OCCUPANCY
The charge for single night occupancy will be based on the Summer & Holidays rate schedule regardless of the season.

There is a surcharge of $25 per bed during the summer rate months

CHECK-IN
3:30 PM (4PM in Summer) - Notify us in advance if arriving after 4PM. Office is NOT open 24 hours.

CHECK-Out
11:00 AM - We ask that you depart no later than 11:00 AM so we have time to prepare our cabins for our next guest.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
All cabins are non-smoking. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens with toasters, refrigerators, microwaves, and drip coffee pots. (Serenity & Serendipity DO NOT HAVE STOVE TOPS or KITCHEN SINKS). Daily cleaning service is not provided. Towels may be exchanged at the office every other day of your stay. Small kitchen appliances, dishes, basic pots/pans, linens, pillows, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, dish detergent and sponges are provided. Firewood, kindling and paper are provided the 1st night for cabins with fireplaces. Additional wood can be purchased at the Lodge or the Camp Sherman Store. During Spring, Summer and Fall seasons charcoal/lighter fluid are provided for use in our BBQ's. Limited Wi-Fi provided for guests.

RESERVATION GUIDELINES
Guests looking to reserve one year in advance a 5-day minimum reservation is required. No Refund for deposits received 6 months or more in advance. Summer & Holiday Period a 3-day minimum reservation is required (Shorter stays may be permitted based on availability. Call the Wednesday before your desired day of arrival to inquire if 1-night stay is available. One-night stays are ALWAYS at the Summer Rate). Reservations will be confirmed as soon as the advance deposit is received: Holiday deposit is 50% of total stay. All other deposits are 40% of total stay. Balance is due 24 hours prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, Mastercard or Visa.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30 days notice is required (21 days in non-summer or non-holiday period) (60 days advance notice for Royal Wulff). A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations. A refund will be issued only if the cabin can be re-booked for the entire reserved period with no extra cleans necessary. No refunds for a deposit made more than 6 months in advance. No refunds for early departures.

We are not responsible for inclement weather or any adverse Forest Service decisions.

CLEANING DEPOSIT
A cleaning deposit may be accessed for any group, if necessary

WEDDINGS & REUNIONS
We can only accommodate small groups from October to March.

PLEASE NOTE
Our property size is just right for the 13 units we rent and a maximum occupancy has long been established for reasons of safety, health, liability, general wear and tear and noise level. We are unable to accommodate visitors on the grounds or in the unit. Special circumstances may occur thereby causing us to waive this policy from time to time. If you feel such circumstances exist, please bring them to our attention for consideration.

LOCK OUT
If you lock yourself out of your cabin after office hours please call 541-977-2819 to get access.
